Cakes & venue bookings
Cake delivery is available in Vilnius and Kaunas; pickup is in Vilnius. Delivery charges, time slots, pickup address and cake handling instructions: [confirm]. Booth and backdrop delivery, setup and collection are agreed with your venue booking.
Films
Films are delivered digitally. The advertised production time is 10 days; the starting point, delivery method, approval process and revisions: [confirm].
Withdrawal & returns
Consumers generally have 14 days from receiving eligible goods to notify the seller that they wish to withdraw from an online purchase. Exceptions may apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, rapidly perishable goods such as cakes, and certain date-specific leisure services. Do not assume every item is excluded.
For digital content, loss of the withdrawal right requires the legally required express consent and acknowledgement before delivery begins. Faulty or misdescribed goods remain covered by statutory rights, including personalised items.
To withdraw, email [returns email] with your name, order number, goods, receipt date and a clear statement that you withdraw from the purchase. Return address and responsibility for return postage: [confirm before sale].
For eligible withdrawals, refunds are generally due within 14 days of notice, including standard original delivery charges. For goods, the seller may withhold the refund until receiving the goods or proof of return. Goods should normally be returned within 14 days of giving notice.
Damage, faults & cancellations
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact [customer service email] with the order details and, if possible, photos. Your statutory remedies are not limited by a short reporting deadline.
Booking deposits, cancellation charges, rescheduling and late changes: [confirm for each service]. These must be provided before a booking becomes binding.
